It's hard to believe that the school year is coming to an end! We are all so proud of the accomplishments and progress your children have made. As things wind down, we will continue working in all subject areas. In Math we are continuing to learn about measurement and will be using math skills to plan out a final project called "Dream Vacation!" In ELA/Social Studies we will study the American Revolution. Our Enrichment Clusters are also coming to an end. Be sure to ask your child about their experience in their cluster.
Please encourage your child to continue practicing skills that they learned this year over the summer. I-Ready and First in Math will be available over the summer months, so please make this part of your child's daily summer routine. This will help your child prepare for 5th Grade.
Wishing you all a wonderful, relaxing summer and thank you for all the support you have given us throughout the year!

Words for life
Your child is expected to complete one activity (shown below) per night to practice his/her Words for Life. Quizzes will be given every other week. Every Monday students write sentences with their new words. On Tuesday they make a syn/ant. chart. Wednesday through Friday they may choose a different activity from the menu below.
Take a closer look at Math homework! Please read our annotations to help you better understand the GOMath workbook pages.
