We have made it to April and Spring is in full swing!
As we begin testing we would like to remind students to:
*get a good night's sleep
*eat a good breakfast
*bring 3 sharpened pencils with erasers
In science we are continuing our unit on food webs and chains. In social studies we will begin studying colonial times and the American Reovlution. We are focusing on area and perimeter and test sophistication in math.
As a reminder, we strongly encourage you to have your child use i-Ready for math and ELA as it helps better prepare your child for upcoming assessments.

Words for life
Your child is expected to complete one activity (shown below) per night to practice his/her Words for Life. Quizzes will be given every other week. Every Monday students write sentences with their new words. On Tuesday they make a syn/ant. chart. Wednesday through Friday they may choose a different activity from the menu below.
